WE INVEST
In Education
Our internship program lasts 6 months, during which interns rotate through key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, and Reservations. This experience provides hands-on training and a deep dive into our operations. After completing these rotations, interns are tasked with significant business projects, receive regular mentoring from senior staff and managers, and, best of all, have the chance to travel on our educational trips.

I had the privilege of being with Kamaroutes back in 2018 when it was just starting. I am truly grateful for the support, mentorship, and warmth I received. With that, it feels like coming home again.
