DESTINATION OVERVIEW
Seychelles
Scattered like emeralds across the Indian Ocean, Seychelles’ 115 islands blend luxury and beauty. This tropical paradise glows with its powdery sands and granite boulders framing turquoise waters. Base yourself on Mahé, where the compact capital Victoria charms with its colonial-era clocktower and vibrant Creole markets. Surf the rolling swells at Grand Anse, then unwind on Anse Cocos’ secluded shore, where natural rock pools glisten under the sun. Inland, Le Morne National Park reveals the islands’ wild heart—hike through jungles teeming with rare orchids and giant tortoises, or snorkel coral reefs alive with parrotfish and hawksbill turtles. This is Eden, untouched.

OUR TOP PICK
Tortoise of Aldabra
Step into a prehistoric world where gentle giants roam freely—the Seychelles is one of only two places on Earth (alongside the Galapagos) where you can encounter wild giant tortoises. These magnificent creatures, endemic to the islands, grow up to 1.2 meters long and weigh as much as 250kg, with lifespans surpassing 150 years. Today, over 150,000 of these ancient wanderers thrive, with the remote Aldabra Atoll—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—serving as their primary sanctuary. Walking alongside them feels like traveling back in time, offering a humbling connection to nature’s enduring wonders.
